“The whole order was very well Packaged. Everything arrived in first class condition. The salmon en croute looked great. Cooked perfectly. Tasted delicious. Excellent tarragon sauce too!!”

“Had this on Easter Sunday, it easily fed 5 adults. The salmon was lovely and the pastry perfect. The accompanying tarragon sauce was very popular.”
