“Had to be binned, horrendous amonia smell. Full of mud. How can clams that were packed on the 1st March can be consumed till the 9th as per your recommendations? Bivalves last 2 days conserved in optimal conditions. I am very disappointed mainly because of the clams.”

Hi Raquel, thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that the clams were not up to our usual standards. Rest assure that the shelf life of the clams have been trialled and tested by our supplier, most live shellfish can last up to 10 days when stored properly. However, for the best experience, we usually advise our customers to consume the product within 2 days of their delivery.
