“Delicious plump clams - unfortunately quite a few duds in the batch, probably to be expected due to shipping from Dorset to London and out. But those that survived were excellent.”

“All fresh quite amazing quality beautiful and sweet all of the shells opened Linguine vongula with chilli was the dish prepared . I will certainly buy again once they are back in season”

“There was a huge mix of sizes in the bag, so after soaking to make sure any grit was released, we popped the bigger ones in first with a little chopped onion and white wine, then after about a minute added the smaller ones and they were so sweet and tasty.”
