“The smell is great, not too intense but also not bland and boring. It would be cool if you had a range of smells maybe 3/4 different ones that we could choose from. I also really like the idea that I can reuse the glass bottle and replace the liquid bags sending it to the company and receiving a refilled one every so often. Awesome customer service as well, thanks guys!”

Thanks so much for your review and feedback! It can be tricky to get a scent that works for everyone, but we’re glad you enjoyed the detergent. Laundry needs and household loads can vary a lot, so how long a product lasts can differ, sorry it wasn’t quite as long as you had hoped.
“I'm really happy with this product - performance is excellent, doesn't foam excessively and all of the detergent comes out in the rinse cycle so I know I'm not overdosing - with previous products I often experienced a fimly residue on the clothes even when I used less than half the recommended dose and had to run extra rinse cycles - so cutting down on water use is an added bonus. I love the packaging - the pumping action is satisfying and there's NO MESS. I like the fragrance but it's barely noticable on clothes, which is good because we were previously using sensitive products.”
