“They have a small leak on the left glass by the nose. They dont fit as Well to my face as hoped. Also i am yoused to swim with goggels that fits round my eye. I feel they push on my eyeball. On the god side there was no fog after an hour in water. I hope you will make a pair of long distance tri goggels Best regards Per”

“I have a small face with eyes that are closer together than the norm, so I have always had problems getting goggles to fit and keep out the water. I ordered Blue Magic goggles to give it a try. I have put my head under water and no leakage... even with the goggles being pretty loose. I am crossing my fingers and will be in the pool on Friday. I will let you know!”

“I always thought with my large eye sockets that the goggles had to suck my eyeballs out. These just sit there and keep the water out. Best part is no more goggle face when I go back into the office after a swim.”

“My overall experience is/was just okay. Magic5 couldn't ship my goggles in a timely manner and I was extremely disappointed. I wanted to use them in my last race of the season, but I didn't receive my goggles in a timely manner. When I received them, I didn't like the nose piece and there was no extra nose pieces like their product description indicates. Weeks after my request for more nose pieces, I was advised that the nose pieces were hidden in the case - on the bottom. It would be prudent if they let their customers know this before they become upset as well. Just this week (it's now been 3-4 weeks since I requested the nose pieces) I received the extra nose pieces (with no note, mind you). They also gave me a 20% discount code on future orders and a $10 refund because they couldn't ship in a timely manner. They have tried to make things right but I'm disappointed in the overall experience. Based on my experience I would not recommend them to my fellow triathletes and swimmers. However, I will probably order another pair in the future with that 20% off coupon to give them another shot. I've only used the goggles once (yesterday) and they performed well. It's too early to tell if they're a good investment - after all they are the most expensive goggles on the market. They tried to make things right with me, but they just don't respond quickly enough for my taste. Hopefully when/if they ever "get up to speed" their customer service will improve. But for now, I would give their customer service a 2 out of 5 due to slow response time. Again, they made an effort but they just don't respond to problems quickly enough for my taste.”
