“Nice product, not very friendly for existing customers to reorder”

“I was happy with my first set of Magic 5 goggles. I sed them for i believe 4 years before the nose clip broke. Just ordered another set. Must admit I was looking forward to seeing if my recent fitting by phone with give me more watertight seal in right eye. But I got email that they would use my original fitting to produce the goggles. I like them because they help keep glare out during sunny days. They are small with helps as I use a swim snorkel. My seal is not watertight but it's close.”

“I've got good use out of my 1st pair &, obviuosly happy as I've now orderd a 2nd. Honest feedback: Didn't like the "tracking" thing. Had to download an App & then it seemed to be asking a bunch of marketing type questions that didn't really seem related to shipping as much as data gathering. Ultimately bailed on the whole thing & I guess my new goggles will just get here when they get here, hopefully before I leave for a month long holiday.............”

“Good for me as they do fit my eye and are better than general goggles. I have quite deep eye sockets and under eye darkness. However, I would only trust them in training and not necessarily diving and definitely not a race. The goggles have misted up much quicker than previous goggles. The strap has also become quite flimsy over time. I know I can cut it down but still quite loose on head. Only re-buying as better on my eye socket.”

“This is my second pair of goggles. Unfortunately, my first pair broke due to a plastic piece for which there are no spare parts available. The main reasons I decided to buy another one are the comfort and how well it fits the face. Since there’s no leakage, you don’t need to tighten it too much, which helps minimize dark marks around the eyes. The only downside is the price. When I bought my first pair in May 2021, it was half the cost of today’s price, even after the so-called 20% “discount.””
