“I recently ordered swim goggles and days later received an email that the scan was not useable. Using your app to rescan, I was immediately billed for a new order. I soon received an email saying that production would use the scan from the previous order that wasn't good enough. Could that be more than confusing!!! I emailed a complaint and still haven't heard if the scans are working and that I won't be double billed for this order.”

“I have reached out to the customer care team three different times asking for support on placing an order… with no response. Recently, one of my goggles broke at the attachment point. It was unexpected for a pair of goggles that cost $80. If a firm intends to pursue premium pricing, they should also have premium Customer Support.”

“Hi, I had to buy again a pair because the 2 last ones I bought the nose bridge does not maintain. I did some complaints but the customer service is so complex that I was not refunded. The goggles are the only ones that fit my face but the customer service is very bad.”

“Yhe actual ordering is reasonably easy BUT I had to call five times before getting a live person to give the order to and none of my messages were returned....”

“Fit perfectly to the eye socket and are so comfortable, lovely to have foam around the eye, reminds me of the racing goggles I used to love as a teenager!”
