“Don't publish this yet - I ordered a pair of goggles last night wanting a RESCAN and within 1 minute you sent me a message saying 1) it's in production, 2) you are using my scan on file and 3) I\you gave me NO OPTION for a rescan. I want a rescan since one of my previously ordered goggles are leaking from the right eye. Why didn't you give me the option for a rescan????? That's what I want!”

“This company has not responded to emails and voicemails. I reordered the same pair of goggles from a previous order, so all of the facial information was already in the system. I received an email confirmation of my order that stated that it could take up to 5 days to produce the goggles. It has been 12 days now and I have not gotten a response to repeated emails and voicemails. Incredibly disappointing given that I like the product, but I am now questioning if they are even in business.”

“These are the first goggles that do not leave me with huge swim eye marks. Very comfortable as no need to have them very tight for a water tight seal. Excellent vision for open water swimming. Love them so much I have just ordered a clear pair for the pool.”

“This is my second purchase of the same goggles. These goggles have the best fit of all my swimming goggles. Nevertheless, I have the following criticisms: The rubber element that holds the straps is torn on both sides. I repaired this myself. In my opinion, the rubber element that seals could be a little softer. With my current order I had difficulties scanning my face. Thank you for your interest!”

“These goggles are WONDERFUL. I can wear them much more loosely and they don’t leak. I highly recommend this product. These are the only swim goggles I will ever buy. What a spectacular innovation!”
