“I ordered 3 pairs of Magic 5 goggles that are supposed to be "custom fit." All three of the goggles leaked. I wrote to customer service and they indicated they may be leaking because the nose piece that came with the goggles is not right. They further indicated I am supposed to swap the nose piece with some of the different ones that were provided. I thought it was custom and that based on the face scan the nose piece was the right one. Unfortunately, I didn't keep the other nose pieces because I have never had to swap out the nose pieces on goggles before let alone swap them on 3 custom pairs. I ordered these goggles in hopes that I can use the nose bridges that come with them to fix the other three pairs that I have. Pretty crazy that "custom" goggles don't fit perfectly out of the box. Must be something wrong with the scan/algorithem.”
