“Hello! After much consideration, I decided to order another pair of swimming goggles. Unfortunately, my first two attempts didn’t work out—the goggles were always leaking. I’ve now done another scan in the hope that it would work on the third try. Sadly, it’s still not possible to get the goggles to seal properly. It’s a real shame, because I actually really like your products.”

“Just placed the order, I haven’t received it yet. I am concerned that my new scan will not be used. It was not obvious to me how to submit a new scan. I sent an email with that concern, received an auto response informing me that the email was received but I have yet to receive an answer to my inquiry.”
