“Placing an order was very simple and user friendly. However your marketing schemes are deceitful. You offer discount codes that when typed in, it turns out they are not applicable to the goggles you show the coupon with. In the future, either don't offer a discount code you are not willing to honor, or do not put a picture of a product with a discount code that cannot be applied for such product, is deceitful and frustrating”

“Was in queue for two weeks with no update. Tried to cancel order but cousleb figure out how. Poor communication and app ai functionality. Took two days for a response by email.”
