“I couldn't use Ascent Function until more than a week after setting up my desk.
Omnidesk did a 1-1 exchange for the controller, resolved the issue, and 3 hours later I can't use the function again through my phone.

A little story..
I always wanted a standing desk, did my homework and I felt that Omnidesk is the not the right but the perfect desk.
Comparing speed of the motor (Fastest speed amongst it's competitors)
Quietness of the motor (One of the quietest)
Size of the table top (72 Inch length is one of the longest amongst the competitors)
Lastly things I can add onto the table. Wheel castors, though they are not the first, but glad they added this.
So I got an Omnidesk voucher for my birthday from my partner and without a second thought I bought it immediately, Omnidesk even ask me to key in my birth date for MAYBE a special gift! Guilty as charged I was indeed expecting a little gift from Omnidesk because it was just a few days off my birthday but I guess you should always expect the worst.
I immediately got the Ascent model as I was pretty amazed by the ability to connect the table to your phone and best of all, CUSTOMIZATION. However, it took me a week to fully use the function due to a faulty Ascent controller.
Here's why it took me a full week. I have contacted the team asking about the issue, through Instagram, Facebook and Email, but none replied me, I felt that I was ghosted after Omnidesk got my sale, truth to be told, I felt disappointed as the after sales service could be better, with such a good product, the after sales should be there to keep a good reputation. But they contacted me 5 days later.
So after about more than a week, Ascent controller replacement is done.
Tested it. It was all good, so the support team that came to my house and rectify the issue left and so did I.
I came home 3 hours later, I can't use my Ascent function through my phone again. Let me review my part 2 after Omnidesk respond to me again.
