“Received a damaged leg for the table so I sent an email indicating that the leg is damaged. I got an email response a day later with a question, is the part damaged the foot of the table. I replied confirming it is and had to send a follow up email 4 days later as I never got a response. Then the response I got was we will provide you a replacement as no additional cost tp me. So I'm supposed to be grateful that I'm not paying anything extra to get a replacement for a damaged piece I got when the table itself already costs more than $1200. Then their proposal is that they can set it up for me for $30 as a goodwill. Wow! Excellent customer experience I've received so far!”
