“I bought the Omnidesk Desk Ascent wildwood+ collection. Although the quality is good, there are many other choices out there at a fraction of the price.
The arrangement for the delivery was not good at all. I was promised a call back to arrange for a delivery, and no one called. As I was coordinating for my renovation delivery, there were a dozen of vendors to arrange for delivery. The call from Omnidesk never came, and caused me to miss out on the preferred delivery date.
When I realised this, I called the Helpdesk again, and once again they said that they will arrange for a call back. I would appreciate that this scheduling is taken up by the Helpdesk, or at least a callback to follow up with the customer, to ensure that delivery has been arranged.
I was told that the next delivery can only be scheduled at least one month later. This is totally not acceptable for a top of the line product. I offered to cancel my order as I could get a replacement desk within a week. Shortly after, I received a call saying that the arrangement could be made much earlier, and within a week.”

“There is a loud bang whenever I first adjust the height after switching on the power. The tabletop is not flat and causing knocking sound between the keyboard and the typing mistakes.
The tabletop pattern is totally misleading, not even in the same category of pattern as the picture above, and the service support just quoted warranty clause to avoid responsibility.”

“the sales girl told me 5-8 working days for delivery but in the end I waited for almost a month as I was counting the arrival of my desk. the delivery team attitude was also kind of bad which was not a pleasant experience,
the sales lady helped me registered my account during the purchase at the road show and said I will get addtional 3 more years of warranty, but the delivery team said I need to register again or something to get 2 more years which I don;t really understand.
poor internal communication and lack of training to staff obviously.
overall experience not worth the money customers are paying for this thing!! I'm over with this brand”
