“First the new Omnidesk has issue with the table moving down with sound and vi ration. Second take 3 days to respond on issue and came on the 5 day to do spray with WD 40 but unable to solve issue Now waiting for reply for 2nd service. Pls replace the faulty table all together. “Had the desk for half a year now. It's been really comfortable to use due to the low minimum height limit allowing me to set the desk at arm level. The wildwood top really makes the desk the centerpiece of my room and is worth the money if you care about aesthetics.”
“Assembly alone was tough but definitely worth it. The table is solid and strong as proven by its weight, yet beautiful especially when lit by soft lighting. The wildwood top is more expensive but definitely worth it if you like natural finishes. Would be better if we were given some polish to protect it.”
“We just received this delivery last week and the table was not working already. We did not even have a chance to put our desktop in use. The table is at height 1.2 m. And we cannot do anything. And there have been email exchanging asking for photos and video. We have not gotten any reply till date. If you want me to put your service in customer recovery. I don't think it is good becuase it is a new table. The installation team also did not share with us how to use the table (setting height)and what to take note to do or not to do. I think spending another 10 or 15 mintues explaining will be more ideal. I will not recommend until I have a customer satisfaction feels which till not I don't think I am getting it. Melvin”

“The desk was stable and the staff were very kind to let me know precisely when they were going to arrive. Assembled the desk quickly with minimal noise (I was in the room next door due to work). The motor works smoothly and very very beautiful wood finish. Would highly recommend!”
