“The delivery guys took about 15 minutes setting up the table (72 inch) even though there were only 3 of them carrying the items. However, the colours of the table are not very accurate and your table might be very different from your expectations since you won't be able to see it in person until it arrives at your house.”
“Generally very happy with the desk and the level of service. The desk can wobble a little at standing height when I strike my keyboard too hard. It would have been great if the advanced cable management shelf was more advanced – for example, its height cannot fit larger power plugs, and it would be easier to manage the cables if the shelf can somehow lower or open up. The table’s textures are beautiful and I appreciate that it came polished, but it would have been nice if I could have opted for a matt finish instead. There are fine particles on the surface which you can feel – perhaps they sealed the table without cleaning it – but that’s a minor detail. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.”

“I bought the Omnidesk Ascent Wildwood+ series. Upon delivery, I was mesmerized by the beauty of the table (slab of the pheasant wood).
I've encountered issues with the controller on the 2nd day of purchase. The controller that controls the desk was faulty and needed to be replaced/inspected by the team.
I reached out to the team via email with a recording of the video I took showing the faulty controller. Big shout out to Sandy from the support team - she was quick to initiate a service recovery to get my controller replaced. All it took was a few email exchanges (and some pictures/videos) and my faulty controller was on its way of being replaced. (Shout out to the two dudes that replaced my controller too, they were super friendly and explained how to use the controller.)
All in all, I am still extremely happy with my purchase. This is a beautiful and functional table - both for work and play.
