We have used this once a week on average since Christmas, & more often since quarantine in March. It stays inflated mostly as it is used so often. I have 2 children, 7 & 8yrs, who have put this thing through wringer. They bounce, fight, play, tug on the handles, attach floats to the bungees, use as a diving board, we even bass fish in our ponds on this while riding double, this thing has had no issues. We have a medium size dog that loves to ride then swim then ride some more, no issues with her sharp nails. The deck is durable & the fact that its light colored is a huge plus out In the sun. This inflatable SUP has really exceeded our expectations. I use this both with the seat & kayak paddle attachment as well as a SUP. I am a mom in her mid 30's and it can be a workout pumping it up, it's not an action your body is used to. My husband & I have timed ourselves & it takes less than 12 min. This is easy to carry, either In the convenient case with large wheels or inflated. I really like that I can roll this right up, throw it in the trunk & not have to worry about lifting a heavy board or kayak & strapping down.

Wow, Ashley! So cool to hear how the Waterwalker fits into your family life! It should be pretty much bomb proof so no worries having the kids and pup go wild with it. Sounds like the whole family is having a blast. Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience with the team and the rest of the Thurso Surf Crew! It means a lot to a growing brand like ours! See you on the water, Matt Social @ Thurso Surf

I purchased the Thurso Surf Waterwalker for myself and another slightly smaller Thurso Surf board for my wife one year ago. We have taken them out on the lake many times in the past year and have no complaints with functionality or durability. The Waterwalker is a great choice for anyone who wants to experience a solid steady ride. Looking forward to many more hours of enjoyment on the lake with these boards. Highly recommend!

I love my new board! It's very stable and I can put a cooler with food and drinks and spend all day on the lake. I do find it a bit heavy to carry alone. My hubby and I carry both our boards together as they have awesome handles on them .

Hi Julie, Stoked to hear you're having a 3 time on the lake with your new Waterwalker! Nothing beats a paddle picnic. Our SUP Carrier shoulder sling might make it easier for you to get down to the water by yourself. It clips right onto the D-rings on your board and can be easily stashed under the deck bungees or in the pocket of your cooler while you're paddling. Thanks so much for the 5-star review! https://thursosurf.com/accessories/sup-surfboard-carrier/ See you on the water, -Matt Social @ Thurso Surf

I love this SUP. The quality is 5, and the size is awesome. All the extra spots to secure gear is super handy. I strap on dry-bags for longer trips, attach a water bottle, you name it. I upgraded the paddle to the carbon blade (sold separately) and it was STILL cheaper than any comparable quality gear. I also packed it up and flew it with me to Bermuda--amazing paddling in the clear ocean! I bought a car pump for it as well (not the Thurso one, but a dual inflate/deflate one for about $120). It's not built for speed, but for a first-time SUP-er, it worked really well for stability. A little hard to get straight when it's windy, but not unmanageable. Handled great in the ocean on bigger waves, though I wasn't near a shore that was 3 for surfing. 5 on lakes and rivers as well! I liked it so much better than the wood boards--it was softer and more stable, so falling into it/beside it/getting up was all super easy.

Great board but id recommend buying a pump with an inflatable board. My arms get tired pumping and then I have to paddle. Im a beginner and love this board. It is lightweight, portable and practical.

Hiya Josiane, Stoked you're digging the board! All the boards come with a hand pump to inflate them. The Waterwalker 132 includes our new 3-stage, dual-action Chimera pump which is 100% faster and easier than single chamber pumps. It typically fills boards in 2-5 minutes but it is a bit of exercise. If you were recommending an electric pump, that can make it a bit easier to get out on the water or to fill multiple boards at once. Thanks for the review! Keep paddling, Matt Social @ Thurso Surf

First of all, thank you to the previous purchasers for their reviews of this board. I found the positive reviews to be very accurate. I am new to paddle boarding, this is my first board and I absolutely LOVE IT! Within 3 weeks my husband had me order the exact same board for him. We got the kayak seat and extra blade option which makes for a super easy and quick conversion if your legs get tired or the water gets a bit rough to stand. Love the front and rear cargo and all of the extra tie down hardware. Am even able to take my 86 year old mom by putting my kayak seat at the rear for her to sit in.
