“Bought two, which arrived for Christmas - unpacked, inspected and inflated both. All looks beautiful. Craftsmanship and quality of materials appears to be very nice! Haven't got on the water yet but certainly looking forward to it.As I compared these boards to others on the market, I recognized a few things that were important to me - namely the 2 yr. manufacturer warranty, the track record of solid customer service and the YouTube reviews that were available comparing the old 11' model to this 10' 6" model (and the pros and cons of each). Needless to say I felt this was the board to get - it hit all the right check boxes. ISUPS have come a long way it ssems and Thurso appears to be right on top with a quality product. Also of note, I received an email from Thurso after my purchase thanking me for buying their product and offering some tips and customer service information - nice personal touch.UPDATE:Well it's been a few months of use here in sunny Florida and I must say, the GF and I both thoroughly love our SUPs from Thurso! We've had them in deep water, shallow water, current, waves, on the beach, on the boat, and everywhere in between. I absolutely love the fact that we can store these deflated on our boat and they take up very little room! We've inflated and deflated them too many times to count and the only problems we have encountered were the glue on the paddle clasps loosened, causing one of the paddles to fall out while underway - unfortunately the paddle itself sinks when detached from the rest of the handle....customer service promptly replaced both paddles and I re-glued the joints...no more issue. The second small problem I had was one of the boards inflator valves started to leak, although this was caused by the valve itself becoming loose - which was easily corrected by using the valve tool (included with purchase) to tighten the valve assembly.....no more issue.Would I buy these again? Without a doubt, yes. I've recommended them to many friends, and those friends that have tried my boards all thought they were super cool.You won't be disappointed!”
