This is an incredible board. Tracks straighter than any other board I've ridden. Customer service was also very responsive and helpful when I had a question with the paddle. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed with Thurso Surf! One of my sons purchased this paddle board and before he had a chance to use it, his brother and cousin took it out and ended up losing the center fin. I called to see if we could replace it and they were sooooo helpful that within a week we had the replacement. I don't think I've ever dealt with a company that took such personal care of their customers. Definitely 5 stars!!

First time I picked up the loaded carry bag, it tore near the handle. Fortunately the board is in better shape than the carry bag.

Like most, I researched the heck out of these boards and compared every one I could find on Amazon. I went to my go to place in Hood River, OR and looked at the iSUP boards they were selling. It was a no brainer when it came down to looking at the boards line item by line item. This board beat them all on paper so I took the chance and ordered it sight unseen which I don't like to do on a bigger ticket item like this. I had purchased at Christmas for my kids at a better price point than it's at now but am buying a second one after my maiden voyage. I finally had a chance to get out on the water the other weekend. It's a crazy 3 looking board, it just is. It's a high end iSUP board. The construction is bullet proof. It has 3 fins for more efficient tracking on the water. It has a higher end carbon fiber paddle that can break down and be adjustable for a little person. It floats as well. Try that with the aluminum ones. It has the deck bag which was nice for putting drinks, snacks, lotion and my phone in. It now comes with a phone pouch although I already had one. It's got the leash as well. The bag is a little uncomfortable and I think the PEAK bag is padded and a little nicer but if you're simply going from the car to the water and not hiking in somewhere it's not a big deal. It inflates pretty quickly, certainly didn't take me 15 minutes but going from 5psi to 15psi with the single flow switch does take some time but that's par for the course with a two stage pump and getting the appropriate pressure for a better ride. Take the time and get to at least 15psi for a better ride. The ride is pretty nice for an iSUP. Not too bouncy since I really pumped it up. It tracks really well. An inflatable is going to be lacking compared to a glass or hard board but that is just the way it is. That's a drawback of inflatibles and nothing against this board at all. That being said I think this model of iSUP is one the better ones by far. Way more pluses compared to the others and definitely worth the slightly increased price. The 2yr warranty isn't found with any other boards I had looked at.ProsBullet Proof ConstructionSuper Cool GraphicsSolid 2 Stage Pump that works as advertised3 Fins for much better tracking than a single fin boardDeck Bag Accessory includedCarbon Fiber Paddle that FloatsLeash2 Year Warranty (The best I could find)Super Prompt Customer ServiceUpdate: 9.1.2018Holding up wellSo easy even a 9yr old can use it.Works great on my roof rack at up to 65mph.Stays at pressure when I store it inflated. NOTE! At first I thought the board valve was defective because the instructions on the pump said to inflate use the IN port on the pump. So that's what I did for nearly an hour and the board was not inflating past a sad, lump air mattress state. I emailed Thurso customer support and within minutes a tech was on email with me troubleshooting the issue. Apparently, it's a typo on the pump. I had to switch the hose to the out port. I also had to tighten the valve on the board a bit with the supplied wrench. Once I did that, the board inflated easily with the hand pump to 15 PSI (under ten minutes!). While the troubleshooting was unexpected, the customer support was fantastic. I immediately took the 10' waterwalker out on the Huron River in Michigan this past weekend and it performed flawlessly.Update 7/5: I continue to LOVE this paddleboard. I've been out several times in the last couple months and have really gotten comfortable on the board. It's extremely stable as others have noted, and if one paddles with 3 form, this thing can definitely pick up and keep speed. I've fly fished off it, and have used it like a bench in the water to get to some tight fishing spots and it's super stable. As noted, the paddle is a bit loose in the joints, but once I tighten the clips, it's fine. it's easiest to do this by taking apart the paddle and turning the clip clockwise until the tension increases and then reinsert the paddle sections together.

Great board, a little hairy in choppy surf but comfortable and well constructed. Love the backpack and portability.
