“Hi,I have ordered a paddle board and it looks great! I love it! I only have one concern. The shaft paddle itself came cracked in the box and I don't know if it can be replaced. I am not sure whom to contact for a replacement. Otherwise it is a great paddle board kit. It comes with everything you need.”

“We took this to the lake and used it recreationally for 2 days before the paddle came apart and the nonslip standing surface started to peel off. You should be able to get at least a season or two of Use before it falls a part. will be returning this one.Update: Thurso sent us a replacement. We haven't tested it yet, but I'm pleased that they saw this as an unusual incident and stood behind their product. I'm updating my review from 1 to 4 stars.”

“I am so happy with my Thurso Surf Paddleboard! I am a beginner who did a lot of research before purchasing. I mostly use it on the lake we live on with my dog, Chile, in the pic. It was easy to inflate(with some muscle), glides fairly fast on the water, and keeps me balanced while Chile jumps around the board chasing ghost fish. My aunt thought it was a hard board when she saw it inflated due to its hard, reinforced exterior. I highly recommended this board. One downside- I don't love the fake "wood" design on top but it could be worse.”

“This is a visual masterpiece !!The board rides like it looks!Very stable with all 3 fins or just 1. Riding In Okanagan lake in boat chop or smooth as glass conditions you can handle it all.The package as a whole is fantastic. I would suggest a motorized pump as hand pumping is slow and a workout... but the hand pump does work very well.Pros:Visual masterpieceSolid constructionComplete kitLots of features.... side d rings, huge carrying backpack, amazing paddleReady for any adventureMost high end boards from other companies are fantastic as well but the visual look of this board and there customer service is amazing.... I emailed a question at 18:35 PST and by 19:05 on a Friday night I had my answer !!!! This is why I bought this board!!!”

“After lots of research I settled on the Thurso SURF waterwalker. It's my first paddle board and I wanted something that my whole family could use for recreation. Delivery was quick. The board works great for me, and my 6 and 9 year olds can maneuver it, it has survived several kids scrambling over it and using it for water based games. I can inflate it with the pump provided, although the last few pumps to get to the recommended pressure is a 3 work out! It is easy to carry when inflated. The pack with all the equipment is heavy but manageable. All round it is a 3 fit for our family.”
