The surface has more friction than a typical fun board which is great of you're used to a board with wax but causes chafing. Also, the fins don't quite align longitudinally. Overall a good buy.”
“I can't wait to take this thing out on the water. Quality wise it is similar and slightly better than a Costco wavestorm. It looks nicer and is 1' shorter as well. Great board for the money and I imagine given the buoyancy it will catch loads of waves. I would recommend it to beginners, people who want a cheaper board that will do the trick, and people who don't want to worry about dinging a more expensive board. I am skeptical about how much stress the leash point will take before breaking, but I don't plan on taking it out on anything over shoulder high anyway.”
