“Colour looked absolutely nothing like the picture. I know colours are open to a certain amount of interpretation but wow. It was ok though. Ordered another colour. And that was even more ridiculously wrong. A pink that was just straight up purple. I’m not petty, it only mattered because I was trying to match the ties to a colour scheme for my wedding. But in fairness to the company, refund was done promptly. AFTER I had to pay to send them back. Also after paying for delivery on both sets of ties. So the colourblind person in their marketing team did cost me about £15-£20. So yeah, awesome.”

“Only giving one star as the tie was completely the wrong colour, nothing like the colour on the website and I paid for next day delivery got got it 3days later. Absolute waste of time and money!!”

Hi Danielle Page Thank you for taking the time to review us, it’s very difficult to get a true representation of colour across the internet it depends as much on the customers device and screen settings as our images. We have not had any reported issues with this colour from any other customers but we will certainly look at it. Your order was placed at 3rd October 3.17 pm which is after our cut off for Nextday delivery so your order was shipped the 4th October and delivered “on time” the 5th October. The website even provides an estimated delivery date which would have shown you it would have arrived 5th October. Have a nice day

“bought tie for York races,tracked delivery which said it was on its way for the day before,then on the day of the races,which was the day after & 3 days after purchase said it would arrive Monday....very shabby service”
