2 batch numbers supplied and obvious shade changes,,, was told would all be same....check your orders before laying....never again...

We are very sorry to see that you have received mixed batches and for any inconvenience that this has caused. We certainly do try our best to ensure that we are sending tiles all from one batch; however, in this instance, this has not happened and so we can only apologise. Not massiey impressed. They look OK when they are laid but I've made several different orders and everytime the tiles are a little different in size to the previous order. I wouldn't mind but the postage is very steep too

The website is good and customer is good and product range is great.. unfortunately this is our second order now with Tile Mountain unfortunately we have wasted 4 days waiting in for there courier who as failed to show on the delivery dates agreed both times now.. shame because they are great in every other way

Hi,your return policy is not fit purpose,From the tails I purchased,2 boxes was extra from the job we did,but you didn’t accepted as return Person said we do not accept return

We apologise you are unhappy with our showroom's current returns period. We always recommend having surplus tiles to keep for any future repairs which may need to be done to the installation. If we can assist further please contact us.

Don’t click easily together , it’s a pain to lay and it just looks so fake , very disappointed!
