We apologise that the tiles arrived broken, we employ a third-party courier to make our deliveries and expect them to take care when handling the goods. We are happy to replace any damages reported to us within the claimable period.
“Total disaster. Every single tile was bowed to such an extent that our tiler refused to lay them due to the extreme likelihood of severe lipping (edges of tiles being uneven across the entire floor), even though the company insisted that the bowing "was within the 3mm limit" under British standards. So all tiles will now be picked up again, we hope to receive a full refund soon as we had to buy new tiles from another source. Quality control seems to be non-existent at this supplier. My wife spent an entire day on sourcing new tiles at very short notice (the tiler had already prepared the floor) as the floor tiling was part of a series of events, culminating in a new kitchen being installed.”
“Tiles looked nothing like the display in the Cheadle store and when I called to tell them after they delivered, the response was that the display was 4 years old and colour shades may vary.
I selected another colour to swap a tile out as I disliked the different colour recieved and was told they would be delivered after 3 working days. The tiles then were ready after 3 days but for collection not delivery so I had to make the journey to pick them up. Really disappointed as we purchased floortiles from them too so spent lots of money with you guys”
