“The majority of the tiles come in broken.
The ones not broken have several imperfections, they are bent and often out of tolerance. Wouldn’t recommend them”

Ordering was nightmarish. Ordered a sample. Wrong sample was sent although free of charge. Ordered 18 packs of the lvt flooring after "impressed" by the wrong sample, albeit confused why on earth the sample and picture on the website look so different. The company yet again did another mustake. 2 packs of actual product (the one I really wanted) and 16 packs of a completely different product were sent, both not matching with the sample. Loved the actual product. sent back 16 packs of wrong flooring, asking for replacement. Lost few days sorting out this. After a bit of deliberation with customer service, I was sent free of charge stocia as a compensation towards money I lost for buying stocia from another supplier matching with the wrong sample. Again stocia was not the same I requested. Replaced that too once again. Lost a lot of time but end result is good. Good resolution by customer service. Warehouse people are a mess. Customer service and product are great”
“Tiles are very nice had a damaged pack but thankfully I ordered extra as I didn’t report within 2 days of delivery.
0 stars for delivery the driver was an absolute arshole very rude to my wife and daughter”

“I bought 3 bags of this grout which cost over £75 . It turned out I only needed one bag to finish the job, when I phoned Tile Mountain about returning the grout and paying for the delivery they refused to co - operate .

As advertised on our website prior to ordering, we do not accept back part orders or perishable products such as grout, adhesive, etc. However, we are sorry if you were not aware of this at the time of ordering. We always aim to offer the best quality product for the best possible price and do offer a sample service so that you can check the suitability of the product before you buy. You are more than welcome to return any unopened packs if they are not suitable.
