We are sorry that you have received damage to your order. We palletize and wrap the goods to avoid damage however on instances when damage occurs we do look to rectify any damage. If you could please contact our customer service team we would be happy to look to resolve this for you promptly.
“I recently made a purchase of these tiles.Order arrived promptly. I am unhappy about the price off the tiles because of the way they look and how similar they were to the cheaper tiles. I would recommend customers purchase the alternative grey tiles as these tiles are also grey. They arn't even a dark grey never mind black.
I feel the pictures were miss leading and the colour does not resemble the colour advertized, i had the tiles laid already as i had the tiler already booked hence i didnt arrange to have a refund.
I do hope to make future purchases however my trust for tile mountain has reduced. I Did raise my issue with tile mountain to see if i could have a refund in the difference it would of cost me for the grey tiles but that was declined.”
