We are sorry to see that you are unhappy with the service you have received and for the delayed kerbside delivery. Our courier is a third-party courier, and does only provide a kerbside delivery service for health and safety reasons. However, we do apologise if this was not something that you were aware of on ordering and for the delays in delivery that followed. “Worst tiles ever they weren’t for bathrooms they were for outdoor and yous sold them as bathroom tiles , they wouldent cut they kept breaking, I will be putting a review about this and letting every know about these dodge tiles I ended up loosing 250 pounds cause I had to get them back to Stoke on Trent and they were that heavy I had to hire a van with a lift on it , it’s disgusting, only to be told off some dick called Luke , who sits there all day without a clue about tiles that my tiler was doing it wrong when he has a contract with wickes and b@q and 20 years experience!!!!!!’ Yous were no help what’s so ever”
“DO NOT BUY THESE TILES Nearly every box of tiles had 3 different sizes inside when installed none of the joints came to meet due to this i found out the hard way had them layed when in work to come home and have to rip them all back up again i am out of pocket around 3/4 hundred pounds due to this, i am currently in talks with tilemountain about this but they are adamant that these tiles should be the same size as all the batch numbers are the same but that is not the case, i have attached a photo for your own verdict.
Top of the tile is flush yet the bottom in not”
