“Orded but was advised not enough in stock, waited for 4 weeks, to told its been delayed another 2 weeks, another 2 weeks past an being told they were on there was, then told manufacturer has not even made any more yet.”

“The design is great, but I did order more as I thought I'd run out but didn't need them so after several attempts I received and email stating I can return them in the original packaging which they are, but would have to arrange for my own courier to collect and return as they do not collect the return and they are really heavy so I won't be ordering from tile mountain again”

“Ordered and delivery was arranged for 2 days later (yay!). The order didn’t arrive on the day and despite a couple of phone calls chasing it, it then turned out that the courier said it was delivered and signed themselves which was a blatant lie. I have then had to chase the refund since with TM helpfully saying that once the return was received I would get it but nothing so far (surprise!). I have now asked the bank to get involved so I can get a refund for something that was never delivered. Really poor and no one seemed to care about the inconvenience of finding replacement in the middle of the project. It was all a bit “computer says no” from TM.”
