Worst tile and bad customer service you have to figure out the return urself and pay postage even thou not advertised online as shown

I would give zero stars if I could. Delivery never arrived and when I chased it I was told the tiles I ordered and payed for were now out of stock!!! I then had to go back to my customer who’s bathroom we had started to choose more tiles. They never showed up when they were supposed to either, and were two days late!! I then ordered two more boxes to complete some additional works and guess what? They didn’t show up either ! Absolute farce and I wouldn’t believe a word I’m told by the polite but obviously I’ll informed sales staff as nothing they say happens. Would not use again and if you do then please order your tiles a month before you need them.😡😡😡

Took a day off of work to receive the tiles on 5th March with them being laid over that weekend. The bottom box only contained 2 tiles and both were smashed into very small unusable pieces. I sent a picture of the smashed tiles off and was told replacements would be sent on 17th March. So another day off work and nothing turned up. I was then told they would be delivered on 18th and yet again they did not arrive. So I called and complained and apparently the courier company had misplaced them so they were sent out for delivery again, due to be delivered on 26th March. Another day off work to receive them and....... a phone call at 4.15pm saying they would not be delivered. Finally arrived on 27th March after 3 days away from work and having to pay a tiler to come back to lay 2 tiles. Avoid tile mountain at all costs if you are on a time scale or budget
