“If you buy from tile mountain, makes sure you don’t order any excess or mistakes as they don’t have a returns service which I found disappointing for such a company.”

We are more than happy to accept returns within 28 days. It is the customer's responsibility to return the tiles to us.
If you could let us know how many boxes you have leftover and we will issue a return form to you.
“I found about 50% of the tiles had surface defects such as big white spots or what looks like water marks, and quite a few have wonky edges so tiling with them is a nightmare, wouldn't use these again.”
“The tiles look amazing but we received many broken so we have had to order additional tiles to make up for the broken ones. The second delivery were all fine just a shame we had to purchase more”
