Lovely tile and confident these were right colour after previously ordering full sample. Disappointed such a high delivery charge as only buying enough for splash back but still good value. Shame most have corners of glazing chipped but hoping once grouted this wont be noticeable!

I like the look of the tile, but many had holes or scrapes on the gloss surface so we used black grout and now they show up! They also still chipped even though they were cut correctly and the surface was pre keyed

I returned some excess items personally visiting stoke on tent department. But still I haven't received my refund. Have called few times and customer service department told me they cant verify my visit and they told me they will looking in to CCTV camera and let me know. but still nothing.

The tiles are what we ordered but not that happy with the delivery. Stayed in and had a time slot, driver left the pallet at bottom of the road no where near our house. Also left no note or phone call to say where they were. Could not pick up the pallet till next morning and had to go down in car to get all the boxes. Did ring the driver but no answer. Lou bragg

The end of each hardie backer board was damaged couldn’t return it as I was doing the job the next day , had to cut the end of each bird and purchase another board to make up for the area lost
