“The tiles were of excellent quality and a good price. The problem was with the delivery which we were promised for the next day between 8am and 6pm . The tiles arrived at the depot smashed these things happen but nobody informed us. The tiles were now promised for the next day again they did not arrive and we had to contact yourself to find out what happened.The tiles finally arrived on the 3rd time of asking in good condition.
We were refunded the delivery cost but this does not compensate waiting in 3 days from 8 am to 6 pm and not being kept informed.”
“We received our tiles and some where damaged, after consulting with customer service at the company they replaced all tiles with no complaint . Overall good”

“Tile Mountain appears to be a very good company with great customer service but let down by using a very poor courier, UK Mail who do not retain items if undeliverable and attempt to state a customer has received goods and signed for them when they have actually not even been present at the address. This courier also changed their position stating they had left the items in a garage which was a lie as the garage was locked! They had even stated on a delivery card it was left in a garage/ porch! House doesn't have a porch and none of my neighbours had received the parcel. For this issue I wouldn't be able to recommend your company which is a great shame.”
