Thank you for your feedback.
I would like to apologise you have experienced issues with the tiles. It is not something that we would expect, and we have not had any prior issues, after looking at the order, I cannot see you have reported any issues however that being said, we will get our quality control team to look into this.
If you need any further assistance, please let us know.
“Beautiful tiles, but are they uniform? Err. No. Not a bit.
Tiles are random sizing - up to 5mm has been measured between tiles when placing tiles back to back. When working to a 3mm grout line it is impossible to keep and maintain a even grout line.
The wall tiles have lips on select edges of up to 3mm. This can be seen when placing tiles face to face.
The tiles are very soft and difficult to cut - using a £500 sigma professional snap cutter, they can only be cut if you waste approx 60mm per edge of tile. A grinder has too much vibration to cut smaller pieces so again you will struggle to cut around boxing. Wet cutting with a table saw will not be possible either due to the vibration of the saw blade.
You should also plan for 20% of the tiles to arrive broken off the pallet.
They do look nice, but we had to re-order twice because of wasteage and our tiler almost rage-quit. Think very carefully before buying.”

Thank you for your feedback.
I would like to apologise for the delays on your order but pleased to hear these have now arrived, and you are happy with the products received.
“I bought some dark tiles and the product recommended was white grout. When I brought this to my tiler, he was stunned at the recommendation and strongly recommended that I get grout that roughly matched the tiles as otherwise, dirt would show up very easily. I took his recommendation and ended up spending £90 more than I intended.
As I am responsible for design, I can only marginally mark down the product. That said, I never used the grout provided as I replaced it, so give a neutral recommendation.”
“The tiles look great for the price but too many arrived broken, the replacements also arrived broken and the replacements of the replacements arrived broken! This caused delays to the project. Something has gone wrong somewhere...”
We are very sorry for the damage received to the orders. We always ensure to send our tiles as securely as possible, and we are very sorry that on these occasions the damage has been caused during transit. We will certainly pass this feedback over, to be investigated further.
We hope you are happy with the products received. If we can be of further assistance, please let us know.
“The hexagon tiles were unusable due to being different sizes/ some sides were different lengths. It must have been a bad batch. I was disappointed and worried that I’d not get a refund. However, the customer service was really good. They organised a Collection very fast and refund. I’d use tile mountain again knowing that the customer service is good.”
“Tiles not delivered when arranged. No communication at all of delay. Tiles arrived with different batch code and slightly different pattern. Tiler explained all different dimensions. Not happy. Unlikely to buy online again.”
