We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty in cutting these tiles. As they are porcelain, we always advise using a diamond wet wheel cutter to cut these tiles. Standard tile cutters are usually better to use with ceramic tiles. If we can assist with anything further, please let us know. Regards, Tile Mountain

Lovely matt (or non glossy tiles) Really good thickness nice and sturdy. They are not flimsy. Only draw back from my perspective is, you need a really good experienced tiler for using these tiles. Its labour intensive. as the hexagon, creats a ZigZag profile when you use it meets a striag line. to fill those triangles in between, oh lord it costed a lot of time, lots of diamond tip blades and tremendous amount of paitence.
