James, sales assistant had a detailed knowledge on the challenges of tiling, plumbing and layout as a previous bathroom fitter himself. His advice was invaluable and much appreciated. Delivery was efficient and on time. One broken tile was speedily replaced without issue and the wide range of choice in the the showroom is worth a visit just for ideas and true colour range. All staff available are helpful and not pushy.”
“Really impressed with these tiles. The finish looks far more expensive than they are, and once fitted they completely transformed our bathroom — it feels brighter and more modern. The matt slate effect gives a nice natural look without being too dark.
Quality is solid and they were easy enough to work with — our tiler had no issues installing them.

“I chose these tiles for their off white, stone-like finish which would make my tiny bathroom bright and spacious. Another bonus was that these can be used in the walls and floors as well.
My tiler didn’t found any issues with quality and as far as I know everything worked allright.
The only downside was with the delivery, around 20% of tiles came damaged or broken which I wasn’t very impressed with.
Luckily the customer service team quickly resolved the issue sending replacements a couple days later which didn’t delay installation.
