“These when put on the walls and floor of the cloakroom conversion show a nice sheen once the grout has been cleaned give the area a very modern appearance. The staff especially Mohsen have been very helpful to ensure the adequate quantity was supplied at a competitive cost.”
We are sorry to see that you are unhappy with the tiles. As these are designed to replicate natural stone, we would expect to see some small variance from tile to tile, but I apologise if this is not something you were expecting.
We are generally unable to accept returns of left-over stock as we can move through batches very quickly. I have, however, asked the showroom to contact you to discuss this further, as we never want to leave a customer feeling unhappy.

“Not the best tiles size are different or slightly off in each pack more wastage then I anticipated. Some are thicker some thinner..other are a touch shorter”
We are sorry to see that you have experienced some problems with your tiles.
These tiles are not rectified, and so can vary slightly from tile to tile within a batch. We would, therefore, advise installing them using a larger grout joint to allow for this.

“My daughter ordered these tiles and they were delivered the very next morning. Whilst the tiles themselves were beautiful some of them were damaged in transit. The system for reporting the damages was quick and we were given the choice of replacement or a reduction for those that were damaged but useable.”
