“My daughter ordered these tiles and they were delivered the very next morning. Whilst the tiles themselves were beautiful some of them were damaged in transit. The system for reporting the damages was quick and we were given the choice of replacement or a reduction for those that were damaged but useable.”

Communication was exceptional, including accurate delivery tracking with a half hour time slot. Unfortunately some tiles were damaged in transit but after a quick email to Tile Mountain a claim form was sent to us to complete.
