“This tile is good quality and looks more expensive than it is. We refurbished two bathrooms using these and the result is very impressive. The pattern of the grain lines up between tiles to make the marble effect more realistic. I would buy again without hesitation”
“Never saw the product the delivery driver was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful and didn’t drop the delivery kerbside because he was on his own and didn’t plan appropriately. I refused the delivery and the refund was complete minus a £40 charge which I’m challenging with the bank as a fraudulent transaction. Customer service representative offshore couldn’t help then someone from Stoke took over and was just as rude as the driver. Avoid at all costs and TotalTiles completed order and also helped with drop off without any issues”

Our courier is unable to deliver onto or into the property for insurance purposes, and for this reason we do advise that all orders will be delivered to the kerbside or to the nearest accessible place to the property. We are sorry, however if this did not meet your expectations in this instance.
