“We liked the look of this tile and looked in various shops. For similar ones. The ones on Tile mountain were considerably cheaper then elsewhere.
The staff in the Basildon store were all very helpful and courteous.
The delivery process is straightforward and the tiles arrived on the day we wanted them on a pallet undamaged.”
“Our client chose these tiles from another supplier to compliment their new installation. The other supplier couldn’t supply in the end and we went with tile mountain. The tile themselves although only ceramic were actually quite a rough ceramic and the glaze was thick enough to not overly chip on cutting. The finish is a matt with a great feel and not difficult to clean down like others we’ve used. Tiles were nice, flat, square and tolerance between each tile was very low perhaps at most maybe less than .5mm . Delivery was quick and dispatch kept us updated at every stage. A few tiles were damaged on delivery but this was honestly minimal and just a few corners which we obviously lost in the cuts we needed. Tiles were well packaged and palletised on delivery and 3rd party delivery driver was sound.
The pattern on the tile does match up well to the next tile and so on but on completion I think it looks better if they are laid completely random but you’ll see from the pic.
This isn’t the first time we’ve used tile mountain and certainly won’t be the last.”
