“Easy to manage web site, very prompt delivery. Prices OK but could be a little less. Be good if there was an option for hard cover but qualty appears fine. Books are a gift so hasn't had "wearing" time yet to see how sturdy they are. I was happy with the small amount of detail required about the recipient but others may want more individual details in the books.”
