“I love your products & have previously purchased items. For Christmas this year I knew exactly what we wanted to get our 1st nephew - that being one of the name puzzles. I must say I was very disappointed to find that the puzzle does not include the box as shown in the picture & this was a highly priced 'extra'. With Christmas comes a lot of spending & much to my disappointment we could afford to get the box also... which we were really disappointed about. It was a shame to have it arrive just in bubble wrap & not even the felt bag I've received other puzzles in...
