“I was happy that the personalised products were dispatched in such a timely fashion, however the poor delivery service by Australia Post (12 days delivery) has made me reluctant to purchase again from your company unless you provide courier service. I received packages from overseas and from N.S.W. posted well after your products that I received before Christmas.”
