“The product itself is good but the advertisement that you use shows the box with a pattern on it. What I got was 2 plain boxes - disappointing. I now find that I will have to decorate it myself as I will not give the little girls a plain box with letters in it. Also when the advertised price is not completely correct it tends to put a person off from purchasing more products. eg no mention of delivery fee or that it is only the advertised price if the child has a very short name.”
“It's lovely, but because my son's name is only 3 letters, I think it would've been nice if I could add a star shape at the start and end of his name, just to add more variety and colour to the puzzle.”
