“I bought this as a gift and sent it straight to the recipient - I would have liked the option add a message with it. I think this is an opportunity for you to increase your average sale price, you could add cards with messages, wrapping, gift boxes etc. Its also important that I know the cost of the purchase wasn't going to be included in the post box which I wasn't sure about (although I ticked to have invoice emailed) it would be good to have a button saying 'this is a gift being sent to someone' or something similar”
