This is so cool bottle shape and it is so much smooth sake. There is Ura-Gasanryu “Shoka” which is a little bit heavier than this sake.
“This is one of my absolute favorite "go to" sakes. It's light but also slightly sweet with great umami. The apple is subtle and perfect. At the price point, it really cannot be beat.”

Thank you so much for your review. Ura-Gasanryu “Koka” is great shape of bottle and taste is so clean. It much pair with light foods. If you like this sake, I recommend Kubota manju which is also great quality of sake.
