“A truly wonderful and balanced sake. The site describes it as somewhat dry, but I'd argue it's delightfully, lightly sweet. Floral cherry and a background nuttiness are what spring to mind for me with a nose that puts me to the mind of roses. Definitely an ongoing favorite.”
