Hakutsuru “Brewer’s Pride” Reviews

4.8 Rating 17 Reviews
Hakutsuru produces several enjoyable sakes at a very reasonable price. Toji-Kan, "Brewer's Pride" is enjoyable both lightly chilled and warmed up. In the middle between sweet and dry, with a light clean taste and finish.

This sake is one of my top 5 (tried 50+ so far). It has a very full, vibrant, and comforting character. Warming it up, and the sweet fragrance will fill the room. When I think about sake, this Hakutsuru “Brewer’s Pride” will always be one of the first I recommend. Hakutsuru really did a great job with this one.

This is my absolute favorite. When ordering I typically order 3 bottles and this one is never not in my box. The ability to enjoy it at multiple temperatures is so beautiful. My favorite ways to enjoy are warm or hot. When I think sake, I think Hakutsuru “Brewer’s Pride”.
