“6 bottles ordered, and this was the only one rated 5 stars, so I saved it for last. It turned out not to be my favorite sake, but there's nothing to complain about with it. It's a very smooth, delicate drink that really stands up best right around room temperature. It's worthy of 5 stars for my tastes, and I would certainly order it again sometime. It's got a pleasant sake aroma with the rice and koji profiles being the most noticeable. It does have a very light fruity and floral characteristic, as well. The taste profile translates very similarly to the aromatic textures. It's basic, smooth, and tasty. If you're looking for a sake to try that will let you know whether or not you like sake, Jozen White is a great one to go with.”
