“This sake has a lot going on! It is so complex, full bodied, and really lingers on the palate. I thought it was fantastic. On its own, it is delicious and forces you to drink mindfully because there is just so much happening in your mouth. I also paired it with a spicy Korean kimchi soup and it held its own. I am buying bottles for friends; it is that good!”
“Unexpectedly enjoyable! I didn't have high hopes for a sake named "Bull Rider" but it was wonderful. It had a sweet floral aroma, but the flavor was rich and smooth. All together a very enjoyable bottle.”
