“Bold and fun, powerful umami that stands up to grilled meat and garlic. I got some BBQ notes but that may have been influenced by the label lol. I enjoyed it most a room temp.”
“Complex, but not in an off-putting way. Subtle fruit notes at first, but then switches to something more earthy. I enjoyed this one and I would imagine that the sake stands up to most dishes with its complexity. Will order again.”
