I tried heating this Sake to a temperature of 43 C (110 F). This was a very smooth, but with slightly acid after-taste. I was very happy with this Sake when paired with some Wagyu Beef. It helped cut through the oil, to cleanse the tongue again.

Faint underripe melon and apple skin palate with a moderately warm and sweet finish. Pleasant.
