“Not your pretty, sweet little sake, this is a bolder, get your attention sake. There's an astringency in the initial taste and it ends with a dry finish. It's great with food (yes, sushi!) and is interesting, as opposed to being a background, don't really pay attention to it sake, for sipping. Think of it as real music instead of background tinkling. :)”
